These are young people who find it difficult to find a suitable job because they miss their basic qualification.

They are not familiar with the labor market, but they have never explored their own options. During the Youngmakers Talent Discovery program, they not only gain insight into their talents and skills.

We desperately need the cooperation of the business community for this. SMEs involved in the manufacturing industry, transport, logistics, assembly, assembly, catering and retail. Entrepreneurs who offer young people suitable work so that they can participate, mean something, receive recognition. Entrepreneurs who believe in participation, equal opportunities, accessibility, dignity and personal autonomy.

Free recruitment

Participating will pay off. If companies give these young people a chance, they can not only count on a motivated and loyal workforce, the Youngmakers Talent Discovery also takes handles the recruitment procedure.  And beside that, it also helps with the guidance during the first few months of the trial placement.

Social profiling
